Born out of Necessity

Our company was founded in 2013 when we discovered the need of a full service pre-owned dealer that puts customer satisfaction at the forefront.

2014

Let the Growth Begin

We started adding new management staff and expanding personnel count to cater to our rapidly growing client-base.

2016

New Product Lines

Reaching unparalleled levels of success as the most preferred pre-owned aesthetic laser dealer, we expanded into new product distribution.

2017

More Clients, More Lasers, More Space

We doubled the amount of space and built-out a 5,000 plus square foot state-of-the-art facility polished with a laser showroom and designated treatment room for product demonstrations. In addition, received ‘Breakout Company of the Year’ award and ‘Top Executive’ award to Austin Podowski.

2018

Record Year

Winning three Aesthetic Everything Awards, including; Top Aesthetic Company, Top CEO to Austin Podowski, - as well as taking home an ‘Aesthetic Imaging Product of the Year’ trophy for My Face My Body, Synergy MedSales continues to grow with added capital expansion and inventory holdings while maintaining focus on company culture and expansive markets.

2019

SERVICE & SUPPORT

Never has the pre-owned market been better served than we expanded upon service depots at our HQ and embarked on offering warranty and refurbishment to all customers.

2021

DYNAMIC SHIFT

With a new facility being constructed the company has mobilized all funding resources toward inventory holdings while building out post sales support via a state-of-the-art aesthetic device service depot, now offering parts at wholesale. Not to mention exploiting our decade plus experience in the space to create a highly efficient process to aid our customers and support our valued employee's work-life balance.
